Payment
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment.
Specific rates/fees and payment plan will be established at the onset of the evaluation process.
Insurance
Casey Psychological Services does not take insurance at this time.
Psychological Evaluation services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. If you plan to seek insurance reimbursement for the evaluation, I will provide you with the necessary information for you to submit your own claim. Please note, you are responsible for full payment of services rendered according to the agreed upon payment schedule established at the onset of the evaluation process.

Cancellation Policy
If you fail to show for your scheduled assessment appointment, and you have not given at last 24 hours advance notice of the cancelation, you will be required to pay the full session charge for holding the time for you.
