Casey Psychological Services LLC is a clinical evaluation, assessment, and psychological testing practice.

Psychological evaluations are sought for a variety of reasons including:

  • Diagnostic clarification
  • Qualification for services or accommodations
  • Educational Planning
  • Treatment Planning
  • To gain information and insight on a particular area of functioning

When appropriate, evaluations will be conducted at the referral site (school, office) in efforts to meet with the client in a familiar environment and close to home.

My evaluations are individualized, systemic, and strengths-based, while offering comprehensive recommendations for the identified areas of vulnerability/weakness. I use an array of interview techniques and standardized and empirically validated tests/measures to gain insights and formulate recommendations for improvement.

COVID-19 Office Re-Opening Procedures, Precautions & Information

Casey Psychological Services, LLC is taking the following precautions to protect our clients and help slow the spread of COVID-19. These procedures and practices are implemented to balance the health and safety concerns of contracting COVID-19 with the integrity of the evaluation procedures and conducting an evaluation in an ethical manner.

  • Telehealth appointments will be offered for all services that can be conducted via a HIPAA-compliant Telehealth platform (interviews, feedback sessions, clinical and professional consultations, meeting attendance, appropriate assessment measures).
  • Prior to each appointment, all clients will be contacted to screen for potential COVID-19 symptoms or exposures and provide informed consent for in-person appointments.
  • Office seating in the waiting room and testing rooms has been arranged for appropriate physical distancing.
  • Clinicians and clients are required to wear masks.
  • Individuals will remain safe distancing and avoid physical contact.
  • Restroom soap dispensers are maintained and everyone is encouraged to wash their hands upon arrival.
  • Hand sanitizer is available in the testing and waiting rooms.
  • Modified scheduling.
  • Clients are asked to wait in their car or outside until no earlier than 5 minutes before their scheduled appointment time.
  • Parents, guardians, or others who accompany a child/client to an appointment will not be permitted to enter the office suite or wait in the waiting room.
  • Commonly touched surfaces, tools, test materials, and furniture are thoroughly sanitized after each use.
  • Tissues and trash bins are easily accessible.
  • Common areas are thoroughly cleaned/disinfected at the end of each day.
